Veg is cooked in a rich sauce of caramelised double onions, spices and tomatoes, infused with our secret blend of whole spices (including bay leaves, star anise, mace, cloves, green and black cardomoms, coriander seeds and more) for deep, warming layers of flavour.

FOOD IS...

Delivered chilled with heating instructions -

 

Microwaves:

THALIS can be heated in the microwave for 2 mins.  REMOVE LIDS FIRST.

REMOVE plastic condiment tub before heating. 

Ensure food is piping hot throughout.

Rotis - sprinkle with a few drops of water and place on a microwaveable plate, heat for 20-30 secs.

Ovens:

THALI TRAYS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR OVENS.

Decant the items and heat in covered dishes for 10-15 mins at 180C or according to your oven's instructions.

Roti can be wrapped in foil or open on a tray and heated in the oven for 1-2 mins.
