This is a full day class learning the secrets of blending spices for three different royal style curries. You will create a sumptuous slow cooked banquet including lamb dopiaza, chicken korma and vegetable bhuna dishes, fragrant pilau rice and special raita. I give lots of tips and teach you how to develop your intuition when making a curry.
The cost is £120 for a full day’s tuition, 10am to 4.30pm.

Please bring at least 10 takeaway or 6 large tupperware boxes.
