This is a half day morning class learning the basics of blending spices and seeds for a variety of quick cook royal style curries. You will create a delicious menu including a classic Hyderabadi vegetarian curry, a green vegetable bhuna, a baghari daal and fragrant pilau rice. Ideal for students and for those wanting to make handy midweek suppers. I share lots of tips and hints to help you develop confidence in your intuition.
The usual cost is £70 for a half day’s tuition, 10am to 2.30pm.
Please bring 10 takeaway or 8 large tupperware boxes to take your food home.
