Cooking a really good, fresh curry is truly an art form. The Art of Curry was an artisan producer of slow-cooked gourmet curries and curry sauces based in Godalming, Surrey, but now focuses on classes to teach you the secrets of cooking at home.
My inspiration comes from the old royal palaces of India where the food was slow cooked, sophisticated and elegant. It's an art that my mother and her mother learned, and quite unlike Punjabi, Bangladeshi, Gujarati or East African styles. My food captures the era of the Moghuls, Nawabs and Rajas of classical India and takes curry back to its royal beginnings.
Our food is cooked fresh from scratch with simple ingredients, no added sugar or artificial stuff, and very little salt and oil. It brings the authentic curry taste straight into your home and makes it easy, tasty and healthy.
