How we use cookies
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences. We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about webpage traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system. Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us. You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.

Formal Offer of Contract
A contract is formed once a customer makes an offer by placing an order and we accept this offer by sending back a confirmation email. PayPal will confirm payment has been taken by emailing you, but an email also needs to come from The Art of Curry before the contract is legally an acceptance of a customer's offer. This allows us to check availablility of our stock and services and whether we are able to make up your order within a stipulated time.
Refunds and Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your sauces, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply contact us to arrange returning the item within seven working days for a full refund. We will want to know why you are dissatisfied with your sauces as feedback can be used to improve our service and products. Please note that in these cases we do not reimburse return postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We send out emails to let you know when your sauce is posted by us and the likely day you should receive your parcel. Please ensure you give us a delivery address where someone is able to receive the product or instructions for the postman to leave it with a neighbour. We cannot accept responsibility for products being left out in the rain or loss of products due to misdirection. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged we will arrange a refund or replacement for you and reimburse the cost of returning the item we have requested back.
To return items please use the contact form. We can then investigate your request and contact you to arrange/confirm details.
If you have any questions on the returns procedure or are not entirely satisfied with the service which you have received, please contact us on 07921 169 262 or email us. If you reach our voicemail service, please leave as many details as possible as we may be able to solve your problem without further inconvenience to yourself.
