I grew up on my mum’s legendary dinner parties in London, and it is in my DNA to host fabulous dinners with gorgeous tasting food and great company!

My food is inspired by the slow cooking style of the royal palaces of India, as taught to me by my mum and grandmother who were legendary cooks. It was said they had the 'zaika' (taste) in their hands, which I've been lucky enough to inherit. So you will experience delicious curries that are truly representative of high-end Indian cooking in the Moghul and Nawabi styles.

It's really rewarding for me to share the tastes of proper, authentic Indian food made with natural, fresh and wholesome ingredients. The slow cooking is the secret to delicate, sophisticated layers of deep 'zaika'.

If you've ever eaten in an Indian home you'll know what I mean. But I can tell you, all my parents' friends used to pile into our house in London for weekend dinner parties, because they all preferred my mum's cooking!

These special evenings can only accommodate 35!

The venue is

The Dakota Venue
